Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes Movie (2024)
The movie is all about a new chapter in the Apes saga, set many years after the end of 2017’s “War for the Planet of the Apes.” Ape societies have grown and evolved since Caesar led his people to an oasis, while humans have regressed into a feral state. In this changed world, some ape groups have never heard of Caesar, while others have twisted his teachings to build their own empires.
One ambitious ape leader starts enslaving other ape groups in a quest to find lost human technology. Meanwhile, another ape, whose clan has been captured, sets out on a journey to find freedom. Along the way, he encounters a young human woman who becomes key to his quest, even though she has her own motives and plans. Their intertwined fates shape a powerful story of survival, freedom, and the clash of civilizations.
