Blade of the 47 Ronin (2022) Movie
This movie tells the story of Yurei, an evil witch whose ancestor was killed by one of the 47 Ronin and who returns to modern-day Budapest to get revenge. Yurei intends to destroy all samurai by merging the two parts of the formidable Tengu Sword. A prophesy states that only a descendent of the original 47 Ronin can wield the blade and destroy the great evil. The samurai are taken aback when Lord Shinshiro picks Luna, a street-savvy New Yorker, as the foretold rescuer.
He assigns ronin Reo and trainee Onami the responsibility of preparing Luna to become the hero the people so urgently need. With the majority of the samurai lords dead or gone, and a traitor in their midst, the remaining warriors must use all of their martial arts talents to combat Yurei’s dark magic and fulfill their destiny.
